2. Daily / weekly maintenance

A: disinfection and cleaning workshop

B: disinfect and clean the operation panel

C: clean the external surface of the box and the glass with a flexible detergent or a special detergent for glass (also clean the UV lamp if it is installed)

D: check all functions of the equipment according to the instructions

3. months maintenance

A: remove dust on all external surfaces with detergent

B: disinfect the inside of the equipment

C: carry out functional inspection on the equipment and check the safety equipment when it is normally used

4. year maintenance

A: retest the safety cabinet according to the certification standard

B: check the tightness of the driving device of the front glass door

C: check the safety of the equipment

D: it is recommended to replace the UV lamp once a year and the fluorescent lamp once every two years

5. disinfection

In order to ensure safety, the whole safety cabinet shall be sterilized before replacing the fan and filter, and the whole safety cabinet shall be sterilized before the operation of the safety cabinet or the work in contact with the pollution area, mainly by fumigation.

The main disinfectant used is formalin; the neutralizer used is ammonia; fumigation and disinfection can only be carried out by trained professionals (it is recommended to hire professional engineers of the manufacturer for operation)
